It is seriously the best as long as you wear a high quality/capacity diaper. No need to worry about getting off the mountain to pee and endure the awkward walk in ski boots.

Best is not to overload diaper and to wet them regurly in lot of small amounts then one big flooding. Pull up plastic pants over them and short spandex onesie and leggins over plastic pants do excellent job of keeping them in place and to stay warm.
