WebDec 15, 2024 · You only see the keyboard cursor when you enter a mode where you can use it. Like digging (with 'm'). Keyboard cursor is helpful when you want to record macros (actually it's necessary for recording useful macros). But in the current version you can't go full keyboard, currently it's focussed on mouse control. Because ppl wanted it so. #1 WebJun 26, 2014 · Normally Dwarf Fortress needs to be controlled entirely via the keyboard (unless you're giving Dwarven orders via something like Therapist), and the graphics were nothing but top-down ASCII.
