In order to eliminate stuttering Turn OFF V-SYNC in game and also in Nvidia Control Panel and then set in Nvidia Panel the Monitor Technology: FIXED REFRESH RATE (only for Hogwarts app). At the end set in game FPS LIMIT to 60 or 75 FPS (Depends on your FPS).
