WebIMPLEMENTATION AND INTERPRETATION This Executive Order applies to all departments, agencies, boards, or commissions that have promulgated rules contained within the Iowa Administrative Code but does not apply to statewide constitutional officers or rules promulgated under the authority of those officers.
