Sharepoint request sign-off flow
WebbI'm trying to use that built-in Request Sign-Off Flow on a really simple document library. Like, literally no customization. I just want to put something together for a brief demo of Flow. When I attempt to run it for the first time, to set it up on the library, it pops up a side panel, prompts me to "Create Flow" with a button. Webb22 aug. 2024 · Is there a place to find the behind the scenes building blocks of the built-in "request sign-off" flow (under Automate) as I have applied it to to some of my documents in Sharepoint? Request Sign-Off Flow (as it is currently applied): This feature is awesome! It makes my life easier but I've noticed it expires after 30 days.

This feature provides an easy way to send documents for approval to someone else. It increases visibility, so everyone can see what has, hasn’t and is due to be signed off. If Signout is required then the the Flow can't make those changes.
